Hallelujah! Een nieuwe dinsdag, dus wederom een themadag waarbij het nut van alle andere themadagen voor uw ogen oplost zoals in eerdere tijden een stuiver pleegde te doen in een glaasje cola. Goed geraden! Dit betekent simpelweg dat Dreadloki en Haida's Dinsdag Tatoeagedag weer van start gegaan is. En voor vandaag hebben we (echt waar) een goddelijke ingeving gekregen wanneer het beoogde onderwerp ter sprake komt, namelijk Satanic Tattoo's!
Levitcus 19:28. "Do not lacerate your bodies for the dead, and do not tattoo yourselves. I am the Lord."
Before we try to solve the Bible prophecies about the mark of the beast, we must first understand the meaning of the word mark in the Book of Revelation. Mark comes from the Greek word cháragma which means "engraving, impression, mark, symbol." (Spiros Zodhiates, The Hebrew-Greek Key Study Bible, KJV) .God prohibits taking a mark anywhere on the body: "Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the Lord." (Leviticus 19:28)
Satan's Visible Mark
God's law prohibits marking the body, and Satan tries to persuade people to break it: Throughout the centuries, Satan-worshippers and other pagans have used marks on the body, especially on the forehead and hand, to identify themselves with their god or goddess or false teaching. Historians and symbology experts say that the tattooing of the body and face originally began as a form of initiation and sacred worship with the ancient Egyptians, who used hieroglyphic characters. Pagan marks range from red circles to other occult symbols like the five-pointed star, all-seeing eye, dragon or serpent, yin/yang and swastika.
During the Apocalypse, the false prophet will require all to take the mark of the beast, the beast being the Satan-possessed Antichrist (see Revelation 13:16 18). This will have a spiritual meaning: the acceptance of Satan as lord. If you take the mark, you will suffer God's wrath and your soul will be damned forever (Revelation 14:9 11). The mark of the beast may be an occult symbol, but most probably an implantable computer chip, which will be discussed later. It may also be a combination of the two.
God's Invisible Seal
God's servants, the Christians, are sealed by the Holy Spirit. Now he which establisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts. (2 Cor. 1:21 22).
In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. (Eph. 1:13 14)
During the Apocalypse, 144,000 young men will be sealed by God, and that seal will probably be invisible (Rev. 7:1 8, 9:4, 14:1 5).
Marks Everywhere
Objects are increasingly marked with numbers, bar codes, microchips. Pets and other animals are being tagged with microchips for identification. Even people are getting more and more accustomed to having marks on their body. One example is the trend among teenagers to mark their bodies with tattoos of occult symbols like dragons, satanic pentagrams, triangles, demons, etc. Young men and women proudly wear jewelry clipped into their ears, noses, eyebrows, lips. They may not know that implantable microchips of the same size are already produced, and used for computerized remote monitoring of their hosts. Body marking and piercing became fashionable among young people as a result of their subtle conditioning by TV programs, fashion magazines, overwhelming advertising and their idols, that is rock and movie stars. This may lead a large part of the brainwashed population to accept the mark of the beast, when the time comes, without even knowing its true meaning and purpose.

Testimony Regarding Tattoos
The Bible warns us against tattoos in Leviticus 19:28 (Amplified) which says, "Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print or tattoo any marks upon you: I am the Lord."
I know some will have a hard time receiving this teaching because tattooing has now become an accepted practice in our society. However, just because society approves of something does not make it right in God's eyes. Our society at large, also approves of abortion and divorce as well. However, the Bible makes it clear that God doesn't approve of these things.
In sharing this teaching, I am not trying to condemn anyone who already has a tattoo; but rather to warn those who are considering getting one. God loves us, and even when we make mistakes in poor judgment, He doesn't condemn us, but rather tries to help overcome the consequences of those mistakes. Having a tattoo will not keep anyone from serving the Lord. We know some very godly people who have tattoos and are serving the Lord and their tattoos do not interfere with what God is doing through them. Anything Satan tries to use for evil, God can turn and use it for good when we commit totally to Him. God takes us as we are and uses us if we will yield to His will. God will use any of us when we come out of the world and start serving Him with our whole hearts to do His will. Our past is under the blood of Jesus and the sins and mistakes of the past will not hinder our God in our serving Him. Only a hard and unrepentant heart keeps us tied to the old life.
There are many dedicated and sincere Christian people that have tattoos. This article is not meant to say they do not love the Lord. God not only can use them, but does use them. The issue is not whether God can use someone, but rather should Christians pursue getting tattoos? Just because something is popular does not mean it is right. We should always examine things by the "roots and the fruits" of the thing in question.
Tattooing Has Witchcraft "Roots"
In addition to the above verse, Scripture also warns us not to disfigure our bodies in following verses:
1 Kings 18:28: "And they cried aloud, and cut themselves after their manner with knives and lancets, till the blood gushed out upon them."
Deuteronomy 14:1(Amplified): "Ye are the sons of the LORD your God; you shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness on your foreheads for the dead." (.....)

Symbols
Inverted Pentagram
Symbolizes the morning star, a name Satan has taken. Used in witchcraft and occult rituals to conjure up evil spirits. Satanists use it 2 points up and pagans use it one point up. Any way it is used symbolizes evil. It matters not if two points are up or one. It matters not if it has a circle around it. It still is a symbol of Satan.
Baphomet
Unique to Satanism. A demonic deity and symbolic of Satan. Can be seen as jewelry It is also now being used by the masons. It can be seen on their buildings and the emblems the put on their vehicles to identify each other.
Pentagram
Symbol used in Witchcraft. Represents the elements, earth, wind, fire and water with the spirit surrounding them.
Hexagram
It is one of the most potent symbols used in the working of the powers of darkness. Used to work magic.
Ankh
Symbolizes fertility rites and the building up of lust within a person. A spirit of Lust is the power of this union of male /female representations. Also called the Long Life Seal.
Swastika or Sun Wheel
An ancient religious symbol used long before Hitler came to power. It was used in Buddhist inscriptions, Celtic monuments and Greek coins. In sun god worship, it is supposed to represent the sun's course in the heavens.
Tau Cross
Symbol of the god Mathras of the Persians and the Aryans of India. To them, Mathras was an "angel of light" or the "heavenly light". It is used in modern Masonry under the symbol of the T square.
Italian Horn
Other names....Unicorn horn and Leprechaun staff. Introduced by the Lord Druids of Scotland and Ireland. It is associated with good luck and good fortune. It is also used to ward off "Maluka" or the "Evil Eye". It also means satan will take care of your finances.
All seeing Eye
Believed to be the eye of Lucifer and those who claim control of it have control of world finances. Used in divination. Hexes, curses, psychic control and all corruption are worked through this emblem. This one is a symbol of the Illuminati. Look at U.S. currency.
Upside Down Cross
Symbolizes mockery and rejection of Jesus. Necklaces are worn by many satanist's. It can be seen on Rock singers and their album covers.
Zodiac
Used in satanic and occult worship. Practitioners are acknowledging their god as Baal or Lucifer. Horoscope signs are included
Goat Head
The horned goat, goat of mendes, Baphomet, god of the witches, the scapegoat. It's a Satanists way of mocking Jesus as the "Lamb" who died for our sins.
Cross of Nero
Or Peace sign. Another sign that mocks the cross of Jesus. Also know as "The Dead Man Rune". It appears on the tombstones of some of Hitler's SS troops.
Yin-Yang
In Chinese philosophy, two great opposite principles or forces on whose interplay everything depends. Yang is male, light and positive, Yin is female , dark and negative.
Scarab Beetle
The dung beetle which is the Egyptian symbol of reincarnation. It is also a symbol of of Beelzebub, Lord of the flies (satan). Worn by occultists to show that they have power and is a source of protection.
Satanic "S"
Represents a lightning bolt that means "Destroyer". In mythology, It was the weapon of Zeus. Worn to have power over others. Also was worn by the feared SS of Nazi Germany.
Satanic Cross
Upside down question mark that questions the Deity of God. Within the occult it is the representation of the three crown princes; Satan, Belial and leviathan. Symbolizes complete power under Lucifer.
Udjat
or all seeing eye. One of few symbols referring to Lucifer (king of hell), whom it is though will pass judgment. Below the eye is a tear because he mourns for those outside his influence.
Star and Crescent
Represents the moon goddess Dianna and the "son of the morning", the name of Lucifer in Isaiah 14:12. Witchcraft uses it the way shown and Satanism turns it in the opposite direction.
Anarchy
Means to abolish all laws. In other words "do what thou wilt" the law of Satanists. Used by Punk rockers and Heavy Metal followers.
Horned God
Represents the horned god of witchcraft. Pan or Cernunnos. Note the thumb under the fingers and given by the right hand.
Horned Hand
The sign of recognition between those in the Occult. When pointed at someone it is meant to place a curse. Note the thumb over the fingers and given by the left hand.
Witch Sign
or Moon Sign. Used to salute the rising moon. Also used by surfers and football teams.
